| Fred Hegg was the primary contractor for construction of P&E buildings. This investment building designed for him by the firm was demolished in the 1980, as part of a scheme to develop a horribly ill-conceived K-Mart shopping center that physically blocked Nicollet Avenue at Lake Street. |
