Reel and Rudder Club
Purcell and Feick
Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota  1908

Text by William Gray Purcell

Parabiographies entry, Volume for 1908

Job Date (in Parabiographies entry): May 23, 1908

An interesting and quite organic project.  A kind of summer dormitory.

One of our early examples of broad eaves - low pitched roofs and corner windows.

[Annotation on draft: The Reel and Rudder Club now appears as a more interesting minor adventure than I had originally assumed.  Never photographed. Easily found and identified - at Cottage Wood - Lake Minnetonka...also did two other cottages on this point.  (There is a map drawn by WGP)].
