Purcell and Elmslie, Architects Firm active: 1907-1921 Minneapolis, Minnesota :: Chicago, Illinois Philadelphia, Pennsylvania :: Portland, Oregon

This commission had two stages.  Elmslie produced a scheme for a house, but the client could not afford that level of construction.  A subsequent, much simplified design for the small "cabin" shown here was developed the next year.  Documentation for both projects is combined on this page.  Purcell apparently did not write a separate Parabiographies entry for the second commission number.
